Snakes - Feeding - Relaxing
Here are some recent photos of some of the snakes I own. Some of these photos may be upsetting to young viewers as they show the snakes feeding on pinkies and mice. Feeding is a natural part of nature (no matter what type of animal or human you are), and these photos show how constrictors like the Python and Corn Snake will kill their prey or meal. Snakes eat their prey head first so that the legs of their prey are folded down against the prey's body. That way the snake will not get hurt from clawing or scratching if the prey is not totally dead. It also prevents the meal from getting stuck as the snake begins to swallow it's prey whole.
